In general, non-refundable bookings and those outside of the free cancellation or change period are not eligible for change or cancellation and no refunds are granted.

Regardless of the type of reservation, refundable or non-refundable, if a change of reservation dates is approved, no refund of the difference is possible. In case of higher prices, the guest is obliged to pay the difference.

Normal reservations can be canceled or changed up to 5 days (120 Hours) before the arrival date.

Conditions

By booking and staying at the accommodation, the guest agrees to abide by the house rules and regulations described in these general conditions.

The guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests staying in the same reservation, including but not limited to the rooms in the reservation, property damage, smoking fees in the facility, or stolen items.

Check-in / Check-out:

Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is possible until 10:00 a.m.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available at an additional cost and must be requested in advance.

There is no guarantee that applications will be approved.

Animals and children:

Animals are strictly prohibited in the facility.

A child may not be left in the room or on the property without a parent or legal guardian.

Responsibilities:

The guest is solely responsible for any damage or stolen items that occur during their stay.

The guest is responsible for alienated property and damage caused to the facility due to the guest's actions.

Rules and Regulations:

Guests are expected to follow the rules and regulations of the accommodation as set by the staff.

If he fails to do so, we may remove him from the property, without refund, and ban him from future stays.

Self-check-in support is only available during certain hours and via remote support.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am and no parties of any kind are allowed.

Tourist tax:

Guests aged 18 and over pay a tourist tax of €3.13 per person per night.
Guests between the ages of 7 and 18 pay a tourist tax of €1.57 per person per night.
Guests up to the age of 7 are exempt from paying the tourist tax.

Breakfast:

If the reservation includes breakfast, it is buffet-style and available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

The price of breakfast upon reservation may be lower. The surcharge for breakfast, for example at check-in, may be higher. Please contact us for more information on prices.

Credit card:

The credit card used at the time of reservation or check-in is called the guest's credit card.

The property reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for any outstanding amounts, damages or violations of the smoking policy.

A minimum of €50 will be charged for damage or stubborn stains in the room.

If you receive a hotel room card upon check-in, you must present it upon check-out. In case of loss or undelivered hotel room card, the credit card of the guest can be debited for €25.

A credit card guarantee is required for the entire stay and a debit card (such as Maestro) does not apply to the guarantee.

Smoking:

B&B Cirman accommodation is a strictly non-smoking accommodation and the guest's credit card may be charged €200 for possible violations of the smoking policy.

Advertising and Services:

B&B Cirman offers advertising space in its application, which allows companies to offer their products and services to guests.

The guest may be charged for the product or service in full, and the supplier is responsible for quality and satisfaction.

There may be cases when the accommodation facility charges a transaction fee or commission for the transaction between the guest and the supplier. In this case, the guest pays the entire amount to the supplier, who then remits the appropriate part to B&B Cirman as the cost of services.

B&B Cirman assumes no responsibility for any malfunctions or problems related to products or services ordered through the application.

In addition, B&B Cirman may charge additional fees for additional services such as, but not limited to: photocopying, printing, emailing, booking and ticketing.
