Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or modification requests must be sent to the accommodation by email to info@cirman.si.
Non-refundable reservations
Non-refundable reservations and those outside the specified free cancellation period are not eligible for changes or cancellation. Refunds are not possible.
Standard reservations
It is possible to cancel or modify up to 5 days (120 hours) before the arrival date.
Important: In case of cancellation after specified deadlines or guest no-show without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the full value of the reservation.
General Terms
By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these general terms and conditions and commits to complying with them.
The guest is responsible for the entire duration of their stay and for any damage caused by non-compliance with house rules or general conditions.

Check-out
by 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out: Available upon prior arrangement and subject to availability, additional fee may apply.
Animals and Children
Pets are not allowed
We do not accept pets in the accommodation to ensure a clean and safe environment for all guests.
Children are welcome
Children of all ages are welcome. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children and their safety.
Guest Responsibilities
The guest is liable for any damage caused to equipment, furniture or other items in the room or common areas. Repair or replacement costs are covered by the guest.
In case of serious damage or intentional property damage, we reserve the right to immediately terminate accommodation without refund.
House Rules
All guests are required to respect the house rules and follow staff instructions.
Quiet Hours

Self Check-in
The facility allows self check-in with key card. Instructions will be sent by email before arrival.

Breakfast price is not included in the basic room rate and is charged separately according to the price list.
Credit Card as Guarantee
Upon check-in, a valid credit card must be presented as guarantee for any additional costs or damages.
We may charge the card for:
- • Unpaid services or additional costs
- • Damage to equipment or furniture
- • Lost key card (€50)
- • Smoking violation (€150)
Important: The card must be in the name of the main guest and must have sufficient credit limit.
The key card is property of the accommodation and must be returned upon check-out.
Smoking Policy
Complete smoking ban
Garni Hotel Cirman is a completely non-smoking accommodation. Smoking is prohibited in all areas, including rooms, balconies and common areas.
Penalty for violation: €150 + cleaning costs
Fee is charged immediately upon discovery of violation
